Abundant Praise Community
Abundant Praise Community Circle
A space to gather, practice, play, explore, and praise together.
Abundant Praise Community Circle (APCC) is a safe and welcoming space to gather in community, explore and celebrate our divinity, and experience artistic expression in ways that feel authentic to us.
Rooted in the practice of Abundant Praise, Community Circle creates opportunities to connect with ourselves and one another through movement, conversation, creativity, reflection, and shared experience.
You do not have to be a dancer, performer, or artist to participate. APCC is for anyone who is open to exploring, expressing, connecting, and experiencing in community.
What to Expect
No two Community Circles have to look exactly the same. Each gathering is shaped by what we are exploring and the people who are in the room. A Circle may include discussion, movement, creative activities, art, reflection, grounding practices, and intentional space to express, explore, and experience.
There is room to participate in ways that feel accessible to you—to move, create, share, listen, witness, reflect, or simply be present. At the heart of the Circle is an opportunity to practice gratitude, deepen our connection with self and community, explore our creativity, and nurture personal practices that can continue beyond our time together.
Come As You Are
There is no dance or performance experience required. Whether you have experienced Abundant Praise before or are entering the community for the first time, you are welcome to come as you are.
Come curious. Come open. Come ready to express, explore, and experience.

KEOMI + ABUNDANT PRAISE
An Interfaith Praise Ministry + Artistic Group
Abundant Praise is an interfaith praise ministry and artistic group, embodying praise as a vehicle to gratitude, connection, and divinity through storytelling, artistic expression, and testimony.
Rooted in movement and the healing arts, Abundant Praise creates transformative artistic experiences that invite people to explore gratitude for self, gratitude for others, and gratitude for the present moment.
Through performances, workshops, classes, community gatherings, and personal practices, Abundant Praise brings together movement, music, storytelling, testimony, healing, and artistic expression as pathways for connection, reflection, self-awareness, and joy.
Our work honors the many experiences, stories, and practices people bring into the room while creating space for individual and collective expression.
In 2026, Abundant Praise premiered Praise Is Who I Am — The Journey to Self-Acceptance, an original performance exploring praise, identity, healing, self-acceptance, and artistic expression through movement, storytelling, and testimony.
Abundant Praise is both an artistic practice and a community practice—an invitation to deepen our relationship with gratitude, nurture personal practices of praise, and experience what becomes possible when we gather, create, move, and give thanks together.

Keomi Tarver — Founder & Artistic Director
Keomi Tarver is the Founder and Artistic Director of Abundant Praise. She is an Artistic Holistic Healer, choreographer, multidisciplinary performing artist, educator, and Praise practitioner whose relationship with Praise began at the age of 11.
For more than two decades, Keomi has carried Praise throughout her artistic journey, sharing movement across stages, productions, workshops, classrooms, retreats, and communities throughout the country. At a young age, she recognized the power of embodying movement, emotion, and music in ways that could touch, move, and inspire those around her.
As Keomi’s artistry evolved, so did her relationship with Praise. Her practice expanded alongside her exploration of healing, identity, self-acceptance, gratitude, storytelling, and artistic expression—honoring both where she comes from and who she continues to become.
Through Abundant Praise, Keomi creates abundant spaces for people to move, create, connect, reflect, and express gratitude, with a particular emphasis on gratitude for self—honoring our bodies, stories, creativity, growth, and lives. She encourages personal practices that allow praise, gratitude, healing, and artistic expression to extend beyond a performance or gathering and into everyday life.
Keomi continues to explore the relationship between movement, healing, testimony, gratitude, and artistic expression, creating opportunities for people to experience and express the fullness of who they are.
