Listen, we all know this pandemic turned the world upside down. And we lost access to many things. Including in person hugs, dance classes, community in general. And for some of us, getting back to that either doesn’t make sense, isn’t possible or we don’t even want to anymore. This virtual community is now a safe and free space for you to have access to what may be missing, all in the safety of your home.

For real, some NYC classes charge $30-$40 per class. For just $27 a month you get access to over 10 sessions with me including, dance, fitness, and mindset sessions. It’s a small price to pay for such a valuable addition to your self-care regimen. It a way to choose yourself over and over again each week, each month, each year. Being a part of something bigger. A coming home to oneself while inside of sacred community.
FAQs
Do I have to show up live to classes?
We love to have you join us live for the energy, but everything is recorded and added to the growing class library for you to watch any time your heart desires.
What if I’m a terrible dancer?
Ok, no such thing. I mean it. One of the things I love most is helping others find joy, connection and healing through movement. It 100% doesn’t actually matter what it looks like, and it’s everything about what it feels like. So, camera on or off I simply want you to enJOY yourself.
Is it just Twerk classes?
Nope! Yes, we will be twerking, BUT this is about ALL I have to offer and share with you. We will delve into lots of different dance genre, and we will be talking mindset, and coming together for seasonal abundance workshops and more. This is about ALL OF IT! Because you are multidimensional, and this membership is too.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your monthly or annual membership anytime within 14 days of the next scheduled payment. Please email keomi@keomitarver.com to cancel.
What days and times will things be scheduled for?
Mostly evenings and weekends. But the beauty of this being a growing membership is that I’m always asking for feedback and input. This is YOUR membership too. I want it to work for you. And of course, everything will be recorded in your membership area always.
Can I join anytime?
Right now the doors are closed for new members. This is so we can create a rhythm together inside it as we are birthing it. In the new year I will be opening doors again to welcome new members. Be sure to get on the waitlist now.

MORE ABOUT KEOMI
San Diego native and Brooklyn transplant, Keomi Tarver is a dancer, writer, lover, teacher and friend. She began training at the age of 12 and is skilled in modern, West African, Hip Hop, and interpretive dance. Throughout the last decade, Keomi Tarver has performed on stages for more than 20,000 people at Amber Rose's 2017 Festival, led private classes with celebrity clients including supermodel, Ashley Graham, taught dance classes for brands such as Nordstrom and Aerie and has delivered over 100 workshops across the country. Keomi has also showcased her work on various stages and respected institutions including San Diego State University, Yale University, the Brooklyn Museum of Art and SummerStage.
Keomi is the Founder and Master Facilitator of AbunDANCE with Keomi®, which serves a global community of teen performers, wellness enthusiasts and corporate partners through wellness retreats, private sessions and customized learning experiences. Her art expands and transforms ways of thinking and living and encourages her community to heal, create, live, and love abundantly. She is known for her strong and unapologetic movements, her transparency, and her smile. Her purpose is to use her gift to remind others how valuable and beautiful they are.
